Precision Machining

We machine parts from low and medium carbon Steels, Brass, Aluminum, Plastics, and a variety of other materials to customer specifications.  See our Equipment Page to evaluate whether your requirements will fit our equipment work envelopes.  We primarily produce turned parts on 2 axis CNC Turning Centers and machined parts on a 3 axis CNC Vertical Machining Center.  We still produce high volume parts using the services of a few screw machining companies we represent.

Production Sawing

We do high volume Production Sawing of Steel Bars/Bundles up to 12" X 15" to 40' in length with cut to length accuracy of +/- .005 with a finish better than 125 Ra.

 Quality

Team CNC Co. is committed to ISO 9002 quality standards with a twenty point Team CNC Co. Quality Manual and an ongoing education process with a local Community College.  We have short lead times in-house and with our select group of outside-services vendors such as Plating, Painting, Grinding, and Heat Treating.

History

This business was founded in 1990 as a screw machining and manual machining business serving local manufacturers in the Waterloo, Iowa area.  The business was sold to the present owner in 1995 and equipment was purchased to do lower volume Precision Machining using Computer Controlled machines. 

Location

Team CNC Co. is located in Evansdale, Iowa which is at the intersection of Highway 20 and 218 in Northeast Iowa.  Major cities within a 5 hour radius of us are, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, Omaha, Minneapolis-St Paul, Milwaukee, and Tulsa.
