Precision CNC Turning

We operate 2 axis CNC Turning Centers with up to 3" diameter through-the-spindle, or chucks up to 15" diameter with up to 32" length between centers, and including programmable tailstocks.

We can hold tolerances measured in the .0001 per inch and finishes better than 16 Ra.

CNC Vertical Milling

We use a Bridgeport bed type 3 axis Vertical Machining Center with a 22 station programmable tool changer running up to 7500 RPM to machine complex shapes in all kinds of materials.  With our CAD/CAM capability we can achieve very intricate close tolerance designs in short times.

High Volume Turning

Our CNC Turning Centers are equipped with production Bar Feeders that will automatically feed up to a twelve foot bar of material through the spindle to repetitively make identical items.

We also partner with three or four Screw Machine Shops to provide quantities greater than 10,000 pieces per week when needed.  Common materials are mild steels, medium carbon steels, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminum, and brass. 

CNC Programming

We can create geometry in CAD and then convert this geometry to tool paths using our CAM software to produce parts on our computer controlled machines.  We offer manufacturing advise on customer items to eliminate costs where ever possible.

Production CNC Sawing

We are able to saw metal bars and structurals in bundles up to 12" X 15" as short as 1" and as long as 40' holding a tolerance of +/- .005 on length with an automatic feed.

Secondary Operations

We have other manufacturing capabilities such as Light Assembly, Drilling, Tapping, Finishing, Honing, Welding, and Manual Machining.
